Privacy policy

HydroKool processes the minimum personal data needed to run coolant management for industrial customers.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, role and organization.
• Operational data: coolant readings, actions, disposals, and the operator and timestamp for each entry.
• Security logs: sign-ins and changes recorded in the audit trail.

Tenant separation

Each customer company's facilities and data are isolated. Suppliers see only the customers they service; customers see only their own facilities.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies. Data is transmitted over TLS.

Retention & your rights

Operational records are retained for the duration of the customer contract for compliance. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data from your organization's administrator.
